Yummy Masale vade

Learn how to make yummy snack masale vade.

Ingredients

  • Bengal gram 1/4 kg
  • Onions 3 Nos.
  • Green chillies 5 nos.
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander (Nati) leaves finely chopped
  • Garlic 4-5 pieces 1-2 inches of ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Soak bengal gram for one hour in water.
  2. Now wash the soaked bengal gram and strain all water content.
  3. Add chilles Ginger and garlic to it and grind roughly.
  4. Add finely chopped onions and chopped coriander and chopped curry leaves to the grounded paste
  5. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  6. It will become a semi solid paste
  7. Now make small vada shape and deep fry in oil til golden brown.

Serve yummy hot hot vadas… and get compliments.
